The Illusionist

Things have gotten really crazy around here at the Indie Queen headquarters. Some exciting new projects are in store for the upcoming year. Although we will always be loyal to our vintage heritage and stock fabulous one-of-a-kind pieces, when Guy and Girl boutique from the Shelborne hotel came knocking for a collaborative collection, our stylists and designer team couldn't have been more excited to get to work. We starting with our signature silk crepe de chine shorts in vintage printed fabric. New styles in throwback prints and colors. Can't wait to show you the samples!

Though I'd share these photos from Brooklyn based photographer Henry Hargreaves. Found him on Dripbook and died over all of his pictures. His concepts and narratives really speak for themselves.

wearing french connection top, J Brand peach jeans, vintage pumps, Prada sunglasses; Eric Cahan sunset photography

These Prada sunglasses have been sitting in a box almost the entire summer because I've loyal to my black Biagotti's the entire time. I decided to give them a daylight break for once while running around Downtown Miami like a mad woman in this get-up. The colors speak to me about sunsets and the beautiful shades the sky turns when the sun sneaks past the horizon. At the moment I'm really inspired by Eric Cahan's photography of those enchanting twilight hours. Sublime.
